Jessica LaCroix, PhD
I serve as an HJF Principal Investigator and Deputy Director for the Suicide Care, Prevention, and Research Initiative where I provide executive leadership for multiple Department of Defense-funded research projects focused on military mental fitness, mental health, and suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. I am particularly interested in upstream targets for suicide prevention, including stress associated with romantic relationships, financial problems, legal investigations, and the military-to-civilian transition. I'm passionate about teamwork, collaboration, and improving the lives of military Service members and their families.
