Following the retirement of Catherine Clark as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary after 10 years at HJF, William “Buddy” B. Kinner has been promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. He has been with HJF since September 2004 and previously served as the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
In his new role, Mr. Kinner will lead the HJF legal team in support of the organization’s global mission. This includes advising the executive team and the Council of Directors on all legal matters affecting HJF.
