Feroze Deen, M.S., M.B.A., Chief Strategy & Communications Officer

Mr. Feroze Deen leads the enterprise-level strategic planning, operational planning, corporate analytics, and communications strategy for HJF. He is responsible for the Communications department which oversees HJF’s enterprise branding, social media channels, websites, intranet, email communications, and design & production services.

Mr. Deen has served HJF previously as the Director of Corporate Strategy, overseeing multiple enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. He also served as the Associate Director for International Operations at HJF’s largest supported program, the Military HIV Research Program (MHRP), where he was responsible for new initiatives and process improvements in Africa and Asia.

Prior to joining HJF, Mr. Deen was a strategic advisor in the healthcare, financial services, transportation, and government sectors via positions at the Boston Consulting Group, Oliver Wyman, and Booz Allen Hamilton in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Deen earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, his Master of Science from Stanford University in Engineering & Economic Systems, and his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics from M.I.T.
