REBOA
The improvements in the REBOA device were researched at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) by Dr. Todd Rasmussen and Dr. Jonathan Eliason, based on lessons learned in combat trauma. Their work was supported by the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, (HJF). HJF assisted PryTime Medical, Inc. with getting the FDA clearances and helping this revolutionary device save lives in the emergency room and battlefield.
